I hope everyone had a fabulous Saturday! I went to the Greenmarket for my weekly supply of fruits & veggies. I'm hooked on heirloom tomatoes, arugula & local strawberries. They are my weekly staple. I also get amazing garlic bread that is a loaf with nice chunks of garlic throughout. You won't want to get too close after a slice of that. It's amazing.
In the meantime, I wanted to share another delicious smoothie recipe. I guestimated the measurements since I do it by eye normally. I am loving the deep purple of this smoothie. Pretty and yummy - can't beat that!
{{Ashley's Blueberry Smoothie}}
What You'll Need:
2/3 c. Almond Milk*
1 {heaping} Tbsp Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/3 c. Frozen Organic Blueberries
4 Frozen Organic Strawberries
Half of a Banana
Protein Powder of your choosing
*I use Silk PureAlmond Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk.
The measurements are just guestimates because I just eye it. This should make one 16oz smoothie.
I love the color of this smoothie.
Bright & fun.
Delicious & healthy.
Enjoy!
