Smoothie Series: Green Smoothie Recipe

If you follow my Instagram {here} then you would know that I am obsessed with smoothies. Right now, they are my breakfast of choice since I add protein powder to get me through the morning. I am always looking for a good recipe to try so I thought I would share one of mine. Although lately I have just been winging it. This recipe is as close as I could get to what I do which is just throw in what I feel like. I don't measure{hence why one of the measurements below is "less than a 1/4 cup"}. Sometimes I add more yogurt, less spinach, more fruit or vice versa. Oh, and if you have an aversion to spinach in your smoothies than you can leave it out because that smoothie is really delish as well!

What You'll Need:
 2/3 cup Coconut Milk {Original flavor}
1 Tbsp Shredded Coconut {I used unsweetened}
1 Heaping cup Baby Spinach
Less than a 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt {I use Vanilla Chobani}
Half a banana
Frozen Mango
Frozen Peach
Frozen Pineapple
Protein Powder

This makes one 16oz cup. I like to enjoy my smoothies in my "Bride" Tervis Tumbler. It's become my designated smoothie cup. Brian asks me how long I'm going to keep the Bride cup...I'll always be your Bride, Brian. So the answer is forever! Hehe
