The Smoothie Series
{{Ashley's Tropical Smoothie}}
What You'll Need:
Coconut Milk {Original Flavor}
Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Half of a Banana
Frozen Organic Pineapple
Frozen Organic Mango
Frozen Organic Peach
This recipe is very similar to my Green Smoothie. This one is just missing the spinach but it gives it a totally different taste. I left out the measurements because I really don't use them. I go with how I'm feeling. I will give you rough measurements as a guide line but just experiment and taste it along the way. I start with pouring in the coconut milk which is usually about 2/3 c. and a heaping Tbsp of greek yogurt. I do a {for lack of a better way to describe} three finger pinch of shredded coconut. I always use half of a banana. Saving the other half in the refrigerator for tomorrow's smoothie. You can play around with the amount of frozen fruit. Depending on if you want the pineapple, mango, peach to be the dominate flavor. My favorite is pineapple. This will make one 16oz smoothie.

I recently found Woodstock Organic Frozen Fruit at Greenwise Publix. Of course, they were out of pineapple when I went back for more. Bummer. Look for it at your grocery store. I want to check out the selection at Whole Foods.
Enjoy!
