Foodie Loves Food Trucks

This foodie is obsessed with this trend of food on wheels! In January, a Food Truck event started up monthly in my area. These pictures are from the second one. I literally got so carried away in sheer excitement at the first event that we gobbled up the food before I ever got a picture of it! We had a Lobster Roll covered with Lobster Bisque and French Fries with 4 dipping sauces including creamy garlic cilantro, sriracha sour cream, garlic butter parmesan.

The second time around we went back for another Lobster Roll with Bisque {that's how you know it was delish!} We ended up skipping the fries even though they were REALLY good because we had to wait 45 minutes for them the first time. They are popular!

{Pardon the lack of light...I was trying to get a picture while Brian glared at me for not letting him eat this fast enough. I was working under pressure! Ha!}

{The truck is called BITE Gastrotruck. This picture makes me laugh! A super yummy mushroom burger. It was topped with all kinds of goodness...I just can't remember what now. The true test - would I get it again? Absolutely!}

{The truck is called Miami Press. I feel like the sandwich was called The Original but I'm not 100% sure. It had roast beef, onions, cheese, french fries lol & more! It was good and I would get it again but I would try other things before going back to this. Does that make sense?}

I am so excited for the next one which happens to be this Friday. There is a grilled cheese truck called Ms Cheezious and it has my name written all over it!
