It feels like just yesterday we were drinking Irish Car Bombs celebrating your 21st birthday. We weren't even dating yet.
Now here we are, 8 birthday celebrations later & happily married.
I look forward to spending a lifetime of birthdays with you, Bri. I am so beyond lucky to call you my Husband and my best friend.
To kick off the celebrations, we had a date night last night and went to see the new G.I. Joe 3D movie. {Really good, go see it. I won't spoil it but we were definitely surprised LOL}

Then we came home and Brian passed out. Yep, we're getting old. Welcome to 28! I stayed up and wrapped his presents, watched Vampire Diaries and created the above chalkboard design. If you know me or follow along on the blog, then you have picked up on the fact that I am into drawing, designing and crafts. I am big into personalizations. I have started making my own cards. However, I bought B's and it is so perfect. I love when you find a card that might as well been made by you. The only reason B got a store bought card is because I am thoroughly enjoying shopping in the "Husband" section of the card department. LOL It's the little things! And I must admit, I am proud of my gift wrapping skills. They are almost too pretty to open. I am sure B will feel the same. :)
I am off to Starbucks because the Hubs ran out of fresh coffee {can't live without that on your birthday!} and then I am making cinnamon roll waffles for B's birthday breakfast. There may be a candle involved.
We have a fun lunch planned with some friends at our favorite restaurant. It seems like it gets harder and harder to get everyone together at once so that will be really nice to catch up with everyone. Then we have dinner with family. This weekend is crazy with birthday celebrations and then a little thing called Easter.
Happy 28th Birthday, Husband.
I love you.
I love you.
