How pretty is the above screen shot of my phone? I did this a few weeks ago but haven't had time to share. I will be sharing more about it tomorrow. Like, how I like it {because I do think there are some cons} and how you can get this prettiness too!

I am ready for the weekend and it is going to be a busy one. I feel like I should be taking a power nap right now just to keep my energy up.
Tomorrow night my Hubs & I are attending one of my closest friends from grad school's engagement party in Fort Lauderdale. It should be great fun! I met Celeste at orientation for school and we found out we had all our classes together. That was August 2010. From that semester on we planned all our classes together. And now I'm married {& she attended my wedding} and we're celebrating her engagement. It's great spending time with great friends.

Speaking of great friends, Saturday morning I will be reuniting with two of my other dear friends from grad school. So much fun! My friend, Chrissy is moving away so I'm going to Fort Lauderdale to have a good-bye brunch. It happens to be great timing because our friend, Caity is in town from Vegas for a family event so we all get to catch up. I am so excited because the last time the three of us were together was at my wedding. These girls are some of my favorites. We had so much fun together in grad school and now that life has taken us in different directions, it is great to get together like old times.

Saturday evening, Husband & I are heading up to Vero Beach for dinner with my father-in-law, his lady & B's grandmother. We're going to this great little restaurant on the beach. I'm looking forward to it already. I love B's family, they are my family. We have a great time together. Also, my bestie is coming into town because we have SUPER fun plans on Sunday.
Are you keeping up here? Whew, I'm out of breath and we're not even done!
Sunday morning, my bestie & I are running {& walking, let's be honest here} in The Color Run 5K in Fort Lauderdale. The Husband is going to come and take lots of picture support us...& taking lots and lots of pictures! Ha! I am so excited about this run. It's going to be so great. I'm so happy I get to do this with one of my bestest of friends too! {That's a lot of "so's" lol} I was pretty surprised when B said he was going to come because it's a solid hour drive down and the race starts at 7:30am. He about melted my heart when he said he wanted to come support me in my first run. It's the little things.
My bestie requested Cinnamon Roll Waffles so we'll probably come home from the run and have those.
There is a yummy sounding vegetarian restaurant I've been wanting to try so if it works out, I hope we can go to lunch there. I feel like I should clarify. By "we" I mean my bestie & I because B would not step foot in a place that does not serve meat. LOL
If you didn't pick up on it, I'm driving to Fort Lauderdale every.single.day this weekend. It's going to be exhausted but a good exhausting because it's filled with lots of great people.
