Baby Shower Festivities

Hello, Friends!

I cannot believe that my baby shower has now come and gone almost two months ago! My baby shower was January 31, 2015. I am already 40 weeks and 3 days preggo. What?! It was a whirlwind of fun! Both the baby shower and the pregnancy - Ha! Our little family of {soon-to-be} three is feeling very loved by our family and friends! Okay, family of five because Bella and Lola totally count as family members ;) As I previously revealed, we are doing a Rustic Woodland Nursery for our little man. I gave my two bestest friends access to my top secret nursery inspiration Pinterest board and they along with my sister-in-law, mother-in-law and mom put together an absolutely adorably themed baby shower.

The tablescape was perfect and the food was delicious! I hadn't had an Uncrustables PB & J in ages and they weren't only yummy but they worked well with the rustic theme. We enjoyed a Greek Quinoa Salad, Turkey Roll-Ups and Cucumber & Cream Cheese with Dill tea sandwiches along with a fruit & cheese platter, veggies and white chocolate party mix.

My best friend and hostess with the mostest, Ashley loves to bake cupcakes and she is super talented. She made the cutest Campfire S'mores Cupcakes to carry on the shower theme. And they were as delicious as they were ridiculously adorable. The details of this day just blew me away!

After playing some games including guessing how big my belly is and The Price Is Right, it was gift time. While I am working on my thank you notes, I will give a huge thank you on here to my generous family and friends!

I wish I had a big group shot but I'm glad I was able to get some photos with some of my favorite ladies...and my amazing hubby who made an appearance towards the end of the party. 

My MOHs and best friends who are really my sisters at this point in our lives! They did an amazing job planning a beautiful, detailed, thoughtful and fun shower to celebrate Baby K!

I could not have asked for a more perfect, special, thoughtful, fun day! Baby Boy Kozell has  a ton of people waiting to love on him. Any day now little man!

The photos I sent Bri while shopping at Destination Maternity to get his opinion on my amazing shower dress. This dress is SO me! I love the detailed neckline and of course, the color is perfect. I put this dress on and felt so beautiful and comfortable. Two very important things for a 30+ weeks pregnant lady!

I am so happy that I am finally able to share the beautiful details of my baby shower. I want to make sure I remember all the little things about this special day because it truly was one of those memories of a lifetime.
