Is it me or does anybody else daydream about their dream home? Husband and I are SO ready to buy a home and hopefully it is not that far off for us. I love coastal, southern, cottage types homes as you can see above. One feature I would love in a home is wrapped around or at least large front porch. I can see it now, sitting on the front porch watching the dogs, and one day mini A & B's, run around the yard.

This past weekend we actually went driving around in an area we would love to live with a couple of addresses I found online. We even found a place with a great porch. Also, it has room for improvement which is exactly what B and I want. The last thing I want is to buy a house with an updated kitchen that I hate. The house we saw is pretty much exactly what I would like and from our conversations, B seemed to really like it as well. I am trying not to get my hopes up because I have a feeling it is out of our price range. Not to mention, we haven't even been approved for a loan. Way to put the cart before the horse, Ash! :)
