22 Weeks

{Sometimes you have to entertain your photographer so he keeps coming back week after week!}

How far along: 22 weeks...18+/- weeks to go!
Gender: Little man!
Baby size: Spaghetti squash {approximately 11 inches long and almost 1 lbs. I am curious to see how baby measure up when we see him on Monday.}
Total weight gain/loss: After a weekend including the food trucks and River House, I am bouncing around an 8-9 lbs gain so far. I'm expecting a 5 lbs gain over Thanksgiving weekend!!
Maternity clothes: I am loving my Gap maternity jeans {pictured above}. They have been a game changer. I am so much more comfortable. Even with the hair tie trick, my jeans would push into my stomach when I sat which was not so comfortable. I also received my Pink Blush Maternity cardigans. Only 1 {pictured above} out of the 3 fits which is a little bit of a bummer. I am going to try to exchange the two that are too big because I think jeans, a cardi with a tank and a baby bump are totes adorbs! ;)
Stretch marks: No and I am still hoping to keep it that way!
Sleep: It could be better but I feel silly for complaining about it. It is not even so much sleep as it is waking up achy. This past week, I got a knot in my back which has really been uncomfortable.
Best moment this week: BRIAN FELT OUR BABY!!! Twice on Sunday, November 16th! I teared up I was so excited for him. Also, I am feeling baby boy more each day which makes me so so happy. It really makes this pregnancy feel more real.
Miss anything: Not really. If I had to pick something, I would say being able to lift and move things at the house. I always have to ask my hubby for help which slows both of us down with all of our house projects.
Movement: Yes! It is so awesome. I literally stop whatever I am doing just to enjoy it and soak it all up.
Food cravings: Pumpkin Spice Oreos {surprisingly good!} and I still have my mind set on a BBQ Chicken Flatbread from Food Shack and Thirsty Turtle wings.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Thankfully, no.
Have you started to show yet: Yeppers! I had another client's guardian ask me if I was expecting today. So apparently I am looking pregnant enough for people to ask or they are just super daring! I guess I can take this question off the list.
Labor signs: No, not for awhile I hope!
Belly button in or out: Still in.
Wedding rings on or off: Still on.
Mood: Happy for the most part but pregnancy hormones are crazy. I will cry for no reason. I cried watching a video of puppies learning to go up and down stairs! I have to laugh at myself sometimes.
Looking forward to: Seeing baby boy on Monday. Our pre-Thanksgiving treat! And of course, still working on picking a name and dreaming of nursery ideas! At this point, his name is "I don't know Kozell" or "IDK Kozell" for short ;) I have to assume it's Bri's favorite because every time we talk about names all he says is "I don't know." It really flows off the tongue don't you think?! Ha ha ha xoxo hubby! One thing is for sure, this kid is going to be sarcastic because we certainly both bring that to the table ;)
