Currently...

We have been SO busy! I remember saying to Brian that once the 2013 holidays are over everything should start calming down. Ha! I laugh at myself now thinking back to that because we have been sprinting through 2014 it seems.

We have finally started seriously looking for a house. I say seriously because we have been casually shopping for more than a year; seeing things occasionally. It has been quite the learning experience and I am so thankful to finally be at this place in our lives. It is something that me and my Hubs have been dreaming about for years. Recently, we got pre-qualified which is an exciting baby step. We paid off our cars ahead of schedule which is such a relief. Hopefully, we will find our house soon. House hunting is turning out to be a lot more emotionally and mentally exhausting than I thought it would be. I am really trying to enjoy the process because we are only going to be first time home buyers once. I hate strongly dislike living in such an expensive county. If I could move out of this county, I totally would! Preferably somewhere with seasons. I don't think that will be happening anytime soon if ever. Maybe when we win the lottery and become millionaires then we can have a second house somewhere with seasons. But now I am just getting ahead of myself. LOL

I am trying to stay optimistic. 2014 is going to be our year!
I can feel it.
