I found this recipes where everybody finds recipes these days...Pinterest! {Seriously though, how did anyone cook a meal, craft a project or plan a wedding before Pinterest?!} This recipe is perfect for a busy week night meal because it is so simple yet delicious and flavorful. You can find the recipe we used on Kalyn's Kitchen. Her post is step by step with pictures which I find so helpful to make sure I am on track when trying a new recipe.
