My "Give Thanks" Pumpkin
Dear Wedding Dress: I got to put you on and walk around in you last week for my first fitting. You are beautiful and elegant and a complete showstopper. I'm not a flashy, attention-seeking person and you are not flashy but wow, everyone stops and says something about you...and me wearing you. I want to wear you all the time. I'm sure it is totally normal for a newlywed to cook and clean in her gown right? {{When Brian reads this I know, I KNOW he is thinking...you'd have to cook and clean to be able to do that! HA! Loves you Bri!}}
Dear Dad & Teresa: I am SO lucky to call you Dad and Stepmom. Your generosity knows no bounds. First, you are giving Brian and I our dream wedding. Then you make weekend trips for my Graduation, my Bridal Shower and soon, my Bridal Brunch. {{Flying from Oregon for a weekender is ridiculously hard - 3200+ miles & somewhere between 9-12 hours of flying & airports for A WEEKEND!}} You are amazing. Brian and I cannot wait to see you in ONE WEEK to celebrate Hannah's 8th birthday a few days late at Disney. That is going to be one busy weekend but that's another post.
Dear Nova Friends: I miss you all dearly! I definitely took for granted spending all those hours in practicum and class. I loved getting to talk to so many great people on a regular basis. Now it's mainly facebook. BUT! I am so excited to go to lunch with Celeste, Britt and Chrissy tomorrow. I can't wait to see you ladies and have some girl talk.
Dear Job: You are kinda kicking my butt lately...truce?!
Dear Pumpkin: You make me smile everyday! I love holiday decorations...can't wait to finish this project. {{Check out the post here about how did it. I don't think I mentioned it was acrylic paint.}}
